Published a research Article

Written By Sarah Asch

I recently worked with a great team to publish a research article on phototherapy (which I like to think of as “purified sunshine”) in the journal, Pediatric Dermatology. The best questions come from the issues you run across in daily practice, the origin of this research. This article shows that phototherapy is widely used for kids, even babies, and dermatology practices make accommodations to support young children in its use. I support this because it is safe, effective and should be offered to our young patients where appropriate for their skin disease.

THE HOMETOWN MISSION

I aim to provide approachable, high-quality pediatric specialty care using modern technology to get back to basics: the doctor, the patient and the skin problem.

I strive to provide medical care that is understandable, friendly and affordable.
